The facility at Opalocka was closed and the remaining 25 teenage boys were moved to a leased apartment building at 172 SE 8th Street. About two years later, The Cuban Boys’ Home moved to a location on NE Biscayne Blvd. and 114th Street, where the original St. Martha’s Church was located.
